Yes. The official Steam Community FAQ says the game is fully playable on Steam Deck, but currently requires a touchscreen or trackpad-based cursor.
What is the gameplay?
You work at an underground Area 51 checkpoint. Inspect documents, permissions, times and personnel counts, then use stronger checks such as fingerprints and blood tests as they become available.

Does it contain mature content?
Steam warns that body-scanner inspections can show partial nudity as part of the inspection mechanic. The developer says these scenes are not intended to be sexual or erotic.
